Dr Seuss’ Birthday at Foley Public Library

Join the Foley Public Library in celebrating Dr. Seuss’ Birthday and Read Across America on Wed, March 2, 2022. Come from 9 am – 12 Noon for cupcakes, photo ops & games. The first 50 children and first 25 adults wearing crazy socks, crazy hair or a costume will earn a special prize bag. Come throughout the day for free books, bookmarks, tattoos and buttons.
Mitchell Lee, Executive Director of the South Baldwin County Literacy Council, will be doing a unique guest read for our pre-school story time on this date at 10 am. Come enjoy his story and a “Seuss-style” craft project.
