Sea Turtle Presentation

Alabama Coastal Foundation’s Sara Johnson will be giving a presentation at the Foley Public Library on Tues, July 19 at 2 pm on Sea Turtles and the “Share the Beach” program.
Johnson is the director of this program which seeks to mitigate human-related impacts to sea turtles along our Alabama coast. The program also monitors sea turtle nests and hatchlings as well as promoting the conservation of sea turtles.
Come to learn more about these little marine friends and how you can recognize their nests, increase their chances of survival and support the volunteers who “Share the Beach” with them each year.
