While the city of Foley considers and works on a new land-use development ordinance, the council on May 16 voted unanimously for a moratorium on land development permits. Foley Main Street wrapped up the Envision Downtown Foley Vision Week last Friday. Vision week was made up of seventeen meetings gathering information about people’s ideas and concerns about  Downtown Foley.
