How do I obtain a bid packet?

Bid documents are normally available on this web page or can be picked up at Foley City Hall, 407 East Laurel Avenue, Foley, AL 36535, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. A request can also be made to have a packet mailed, faxed or sent electronically.

How do I know what bids are currently open?

Bids are posted on the bulletin board at the entrance to City Hall, published in Gulf Coast Media and posted to this website. For information regarding open bids, you may also contact the Purchasing Department at City Hall by calling 251-943-1545.

How do I register for E-Verify as required by the Alabama Immigration Act?

• Go to uscis.gov/everify to register your company.
• Go to the “Start Here” column on the right.
• Click “Enroll in E-Verify” to begin.
