FOLEY — Foley will welcome winter visitors to the Alabama Gulf Coast with the annual Snowbird Coffee on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026.
This year’s event will feature a festive Mardi Gras theme.
The Snowbird Coffee will be held at the Foley Civic Center from 9 a.m. to noon. The event takes place each year on the second Tuesday in January and continues to grow in popularity. About 700 winter visitors attended the 2025 celebration.
Guests will be invited to take part in a scavenger hunt through downtown Foley, offering a fun way to explore the city while competing for prizes totaling about $1,000. Participants can discover local shops, learn interesting facts about Foley and enjoy a morning of friendly competition.
Organizers will also distribute welcome bags filled with coupons, informational materials and other items to help visitors make the most of their time in Foley.
The Snowbird Coffee is hosted by the City of Foley in partnership with the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Foley.
