Foley Expands Municipal Camera System to Enhance Public Safety

The City of Foley is expanding its municipal camera system at intersections and other locations as part of ongoing efforts to enhance public safety. The Foley City Council recently approved the purchase and installation of nine additional cameras for the city’s public safety system. Specific camera locations were not released. Foley to Host Annual Snowbird Coffee Jan. 13

FOLEY — Foley will welcome winter visitors to the Alabama Gulf Coast with the annual Snowbird Coffee on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026. This year’s event will feature a festive Mardi Gras theme. Updated Comprehensive Plan to Guide Foley’s Future Growth

FOLEY — An updated Comprehensive Plan adopted by the Foley Planning Commission will help guide development as the city continues to grow and plan for the future. Foley Plans New Fire Station to Expand Protection in Northeast

FOLEY – The City of Foley is expanding fire protection with plans for a new fire station in the northeast area of the city. The station will be built on East Fern Avenue between Alabama 59 and the Foley Beach Express. Foley Advances Major Facilities and Infrastructure Projects

Foley to start work on Safe Room for first responders

FOLEY – Construction is expected to begin soon on a new Safe Room that will provide shelter for Foley first responders during hurricanes and other emergencies. The Foley City Council awarded the construction contract to Roy Lewis Construction, which submitted the lowest bid among 11 companies.
