FOLEY – The Foley Public Library will host its first Foley Gaming Con on Saturday, Sept. 13, at the Foley Civic Center, 407 E. Laurel Ave.

This free, family-friendly event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will celebrate gaming and fan culture with a full day of activities for all ages.

Highlights include Dungeons & Dragons campaigns, chess tournaments, cosplay contests, vendor booths, and a special Story Time for young children. Attendees can also enjoy craft stations, a Pokémon trading card station, Warhammer and Magic: The Gathering tables, and a variety of unique gaming experiences.

Games on the Go, a mobile gaming truck, will be stationed in front of Foley City Hall, offering space for up to 28 participants to play at once. Food vendors will also be available outside City Hall throughout the event.
