The City of Foley recently celebrated acclaimed Christian fiction author Colleen Coble during a special event hosted by the Foley Public Library.
Coble, alongside co-author Rick Acker, participated in a series of engaging activities, including a book launch, discussion panels, and a writing workshop.
On Saturday, March 22, the Foley Civic Center welcomed readers and fans for the launch of Coble’s latest novel, “Ambush,” which was officially released on March 4. The book marks the beginning of her new Sanctuary series—a gripping suspense series that features familiar locations, including Foley, U.S. 98, Barnwell, and Baldwin County.

During the event, Mayor Ralph Hellmich honored Coble’s contributions to literature and the community by presenting her with the key to the city.
