FOLEY – Through the use of park security cameras Foley Police were able to arrest four juveniles on charges they vandalized a local park.
A Foley communications officer monitoring a park security camera observed four individuals vandalizing the park.
Officers were dispatched to the scene and were able to locate the suspects. After a brief investigation, four youths were identified and returned to their parents in Gulf Shores. The youths were charged with third-degree criminal mischief and have court dates pending.
The city plans to seek restitution for the damage to the property.
