Hurricane Zeta left a few trees down in its wake, but there are no road closures or flooding.  The hurricane brought an average of 45 mph sustained winds with gusts of up to 60 mph to our area. 

Garbage and recycling is being picked up  today. Normal yard debris/bulk is a little behind schedule, but also being collected. 

Riviera Utilities reported about 15,000 customers without power during the storm. Crews worked throughout the night to restore service. As if this morning, crews continue to restore power to the approximately 1,000 without service. Baldwin EMC reports about 28,500 meters without power across their service area.
