Foley continues its year-long centennial celebration on Sunday, April 19, with a birthday picnic for the city in Heritage Park. Foley Mayor John Koniar and the city council invite everyone to attend the event, which will include a concert by the Baldwin Pops. Festivities and entertainment will begin at 4 p.m.
