FOLEY – Crews are working on the east side of South McKenzie Street on Thursday and Friday.
Drivers should watch out for workers between NAPA and Bungalows south of U.S. 98. The city is improving the site near the large American flag.
Crews are building a decorative landscape wall around the bed with additional footing and adhesion for improved strength and structure.
Next week, workers will remove base materials and add irrigation, decorative landscape gravel, decorative fencing, flowers and trees. Improvements are also planned on the surrounding existing areas as well.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of next week.
