FOLEY – The Foley City Council has called a special meeting for Tuesday, Sept. 26 to discuss a real-estate transaction.
The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the City Council chambers in Foley City Hall.
The only item on the agenda is a resolution that will allow Mayor Ralph Hellmich to sign closing documents for the sale of a parcel of property.
The parcel is a 2.19-acre lot located in the former Wilson Pecan property now owned by the city.
