FOLEY – The Foley Public Library Computer Lab will offer a three-week course to help participants develop the skills needed to improve their careers.

The Career Builder Class series begins June 1. The series will help participants learn to write a resume, find employment opportunities and develop the skills to ace interviews.

Instructor and Computer Lab Tech, Melinda Murphy has 30 years’ experience helping people prepare for and find employment.

“We are so excited about our Career Builder series starting in June,” Kate Norris, Foley Public Library director, said. “Our goal is for patrons to develop the skills, knowledge and strategies needed to either transition into new careers or advance in their current careers.”  

The Career Builder Class Series will meet on Saturdays, June 1, June 8 and June 15 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Computer Lab, located on the second floor of the Foley Public Library.
