Foley’s signature event now has a signature balloon. A new city-sponsored balloon, emblazoned with the City of Foley and Foley Sports Tourism Complex logos, made its debut during the first day of the 11th Annual Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival on Friday night.
