Beulah Heights residents can once again access Highway 98 by way of Pecan Street, thanks to a new culvert system installed over Wolf Creek. Pecan Street was closed when the old culvert, located just south of Highway 98, was severely damaged in the flooding that occurred during the spring of 2014. The closure of Pecan Street made it inconvenient for neighborhood residents to reach Highway 98.
