The Foley Planning commission will meet on Sept. 14 in a work session and again on Sept. 21 in a regular session. Both meetings will be at 5:30 p.m. in council chambers.
During the meetings, the planning commission will:
Hear a plan for two duplexes to be built on a .33-acre lot on West Begonia Avenue from applicant David Green.
Review a request for preliminary approval for Muscadine Place, a 182-lot subdivision on 38 acres at the northeast corner of County Road 20 and Hickory Street. The applicant is Lennar Homes of Alabama.
Have a public hearing on a request for River Oaks Phase 3 a 68-lot subdivision south of Michigan Avenue and east of Hickory Street from applicant River Oaks Development.
Have a public hearing on a planned unit development for Keystone Development on 121 acres located south of U.S. 98 and west of Venice Boulevard.
Discuss a modification for a possible planned unit development modification for property at the northeast corner of Juniper Street and Fern Avenue from applicant Cathy Barnette. This item is for the work session only.
