FOLEY, AL – Once again, Foley’s Public Library has been awarded 4 Stars by the Library Journal, which rates libraries across the nation. This year, Foley is one of only four Alabama libraries to receive a star rating, and one of only two libraries in the state to receive 4 Stars.
The Library Journal index is an index of public library service output. Library Journal index scores are based on per capita service output statistics: library visits, circulation, program attendance, public internet computer use, and circulation of electronic materials.
